1. I can no longer come.
Can I return my tickets for a refund - Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event has been cancelled or postponed. You can however, sell your tickets on privately
2. Is there seating?
No. The event takes place outdoors and some of the ground is undulating. You are welcome to bring fold up chairs and picnic blankets but these will not be allowed directly in front of the stage
3. Can children come and is there a discount?
Whilst kids under 5 go free on Saturday you MUST register each one for a child’s ticket on the checkout page of The Ticketfairy site. 5-16 year olds pay £10 for a Saturday ticket. Under 14s must be accompanied by a fee paying adult
4. Can I leave and re enter the site
Yes, You will be allowed to leave and re-enter the festival as long as you have a valid wristband.
Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced
5. Can I bring food and drink with me
You may bring in your own soft drinks. You can not bring alcohol or glass bottles onto the site. Security will be instructed to confiscate these from you and dispose of them.
There are licensed bars and plenty of catering stands scattered around the site
6. Can I bring my dog
No dogs will be permitted on site with the exception of assistance guide dogs.
7. What are the facilities for people with mobility issues
The site has wheelchair access and blue badge parking near to the concert entrance. You can get your blue badge parking as a free add on after purchasing your tickets. Please make sure you only get one for the day you are attending. If you can not attend without a carer then we can organise them carers ticket for free. There is a viewing platform for those that need it and a Mobiloo which allows wheelchair users to use the toilet with assistance
8. Is there parking on site
You can only park in the event car park if you have purchased a parking ticket from the Ticketfairy website. This is an add-on after purchasing your ticket. The cost is £7 per car
9. When do the shuttle buses leave
All shuttle buses leave the site at the end of the event.
10. All travel pick up points and routes will be clarified via email in the spring

12. All correspondence regarding the event needs to be via firstname.lastname@example.org and not Sudeley Castle itself
For festival attendees welfare and safety, illegal substances will not be allowed on-site, this includes nitrous oxide gas. Those caught in possession of, or dealing in illegal substances will be processed in accordance with the law
Admission is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. The Premises Licence holder will not be held liable for for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or loss of property, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties
